PEST CONTROL SERVICES-HARROW

Wow wow !!!! Dan is truly absolutely amazing he really is my knight in shining Armer I even have him on speed dial now lol!!! A year ago we had called upon Dan to help us with a rodent problem which had plagued our lives for 2 years and we were totally blown away with his professionalism , experience , caring and compassionate side as he could see I was a woman on the edge of a breakdown . He most certainly had lived up to all the positive 5 star reviews that I had read about like I say totally blown away . A year on and we found ourselves with another pest issue in the form of bed bugs infestation how unlucky can a family be right !! God knows how they came home with us we now know it could of been from a bus , train or even on our holiday . My Son had found a bug on his pillow thought nothing of it then a week later found a few more so we investigated and to our total shock and horror found that it was bed bugs . So we tried the DIY approach after 27 cans of bed bug spray , to bomb sessions , 37 bed bug traps around the house , weeks of not sleeping as was up most of the night researching bed bugs on google and trying to sleep with the light on so none of the blood sucking beast came and ate me , realized it was too big a problem for us to deal with and it had made me really ill so called upon Dan the Man again . While sobbing uncontrollably on the phone to Dan as now Im at my wits end and explaining what we had found , he said dont cry we will get it sorted but will take time , even by the conversation on the phone gave me peace of mind , reassurance and a sense of calmness that I hadnt had in weeks . Dan came promptly to survey the house and established that while there was no evidence of the little suckers downstairs thank god I said !! however we had a well established infestation in the bedrooms upstairs been there for months !! He got straight to work , checking everywhere beds , frames , curtains truly a very talented guy who knows his stuff inside and out just by him being in the house made me feel safe . He could see how ill the situation had made me and kept reassuring me all time all will be ok but takes time even had time to sit down with me as I had a list of questions . He explained about treatment needed and advice about the treatment and after care and best way forward to eliminate the little beast . We have called upon Dan twice now with pest issues and would again in a heartbeat , Dan you are truly amazing and we cant thank you enough for everything . If your looking for a pest control guy Dans the Man for sure every day of the week without a shadow of a doubt .Top Job Dan and many thanks .

Rats in loft, no fun, tried for a year and 2 pest control companies to get rid of them - then I found Dan! Problem solved! He's straight forward, no drama, no flannel, reliable, fair prices, experienced and determined. He explains everything clearly and has a plan and solution. I was beyond anxious thinking the problem would never be solved and he difused my anxiety with his lighthearted attitude and sense of humour. I have used Dan`s services & am truly amazed by his experience & professional approach. Had bed bug problem. Dan came over very promptly, identified the problem & got to work right away. Dan came twice and was fantastic! He was very professional and witty at the same time, he made us laugh even though we were very stressed.
