Excellent surgery. The new system PATCHS has worked better for me.

The doctors are good (though they vary alot), The admin are not that great, but some try there best. The online booking site is ok, telephone can be a bit haphazard. Lately (last few months) I have found it difficult too book any appointment with 1-2 weeks. I don't know if some doctors have left or something. UPDATE I've lowered my rating because the patches system is good aweful. It only allows you to book appointments at two different times in the day and if missed.... thats it no appointments can be booked. It makes it impossible to book an appointment and those times change by themselves.

It's never been easy to get appointments to see the nurse or doctor. But they try their best to get an appointment. They heard us out every single time provided what I felt is the right advice. Wanted to thank them for their timely services

I have been calling the surgery from past 2 days and couldn't book an appointment because they have introduced a new weird rule that they are now booking same day appointments only. The patient has to call between 08:00 am to 11:00 am (3 hours only) for the same day appointment and these are my working hours therefore I cannot book an appointment. If I need to book an appointment for a certain day as per my availability, I cannot do that. Whoever introduced this rule, must have sent his common-sense on holidays while he/she was making the rule.
