Jay and his team are just great, my driver side door on my Audi A5 had stopped opening and another garage had told me they needed to remove my seats to get to the panel to get to the door, the CarMax team managed to fix it without any nonsense and certainly not removing any internal seats, really pleased with the results and will certainly come back again for regular servicing !!

As someone mentioned before, buying a car from this seller is very risky as you will have one or another kind of problem keep coming. I bought care from here in 2021 and in a 3-month warranty period, 4 problems came and one was seriously expensive. do not put trust here, if you looking to buy a car from here. Top guys, friendly and always very prestative. They will look at the issue and explain to you exactly what's going on. They'll present you all the options and allow you to make a decision that best suits you all things considered. They always look after me, so I keep going back. Last time I visited I had initially gone for a change of break pads, they then noticed that I had ruined the disk as I had been driving on a bad break for a bit. Told me of the situation and without pressuring me, waited until I made my decision, in the end I chose to get the disk done too, imagine, they gave a me discount for the whole work. Over the moon. And I didn't have to wait that long, I was sat in the cozy reception room charging my phone and before I knew I was driving home in my fine tuned car. Thanks fellas. Much appreciated.
