        I always buy my ear plugs from this shop as they block out almost all noise. I needed a quick delivery and they went above and beyond to dispatch speedily. Great service.

        Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered two pairs of earplugs from this store and emailed very politely to ask for a delivery estimate. The person who replied was incredibly rude to me simply because I'd missed part of an automated email that had been sent out. I understand it's a hard time for small businesses (this was during the pandemic) but there's no need for rudeness, especially for no apparent reason! I definitely WON'T be shopping here ever again and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone else either.
