Positives: They have some interesting stock, particularly the imported vegetables and some specialist items in terms of spices for indian/pakistani dishes, some frozen parathas, etc. as well as some american foods (laffy taffy and takis). Negatives: Not very well stocked with other essentials (no alternative dairy milk or butters). Also very expensive. (Prices of vegetable items are about 5 times the price in supermarkets. They won't sell some foods except by the case (I tried to buy a nice mango, and they would only sell me a case of 8, at 3 each, so 24 total). There's also a 5 card limit. I've given cash after being told this, and the shopkeeper was visibly annoyed that I didn't just buy more stuff. I also got laughed at when I asked if they sold any non-dairy milks. (like soy or something). The customer service is a bit up and down. The younger fellow who works there seems generally nicer and more polite. Update: 1 star. They just lie about how much things cost. The prices on the labels either aren't there, or they're wrong and they charge you twice as much. 4 for a pack of parathas marked as 2.19 on the freezer. Shameful!

Awful service, management don't listen and they are inept. Such a bad experience the fact I cannot give 0/5 is annoying. Customer service = Nil

I find the brothers that run this shop very friendly and helpful. Of course, it's a few pennies more than the big stores, but it saves using the car and wasting petrol. It is very convenient and I like the personal service!
