Dave has coached me through a lot of challenging projects through my police career and more recently as a Director of my own business. Dave is a friendly coach but expect to be challenged. I have always walled away with a clearer sense of my priorities and how to reach my goals.

I was fortunate to meet Dave when I was at the T-Junction of my career and my personal life just over 12 months ago. Unsure of which direction to take having set my own business up too. Daves openness, confidence rapport, knowledge and understanding of the area of business I worked in was invaluable and helped me get back on track! I would highly recommend Dave.

I have worked with Dave in a professional capacity, he has assisted me in developing my skills and abilities and career progression. By listening and following the advice/guidance given by Dave in seeking out opportunities to develop, whilst having a development plan that focused on my end goals Within a short period of time doors that had previously been closed to me quickly opened. I became more confident, using the skills and abilities Id learnt, and seeking further developmental opportunities outside my comfort zone. As a result of working with Dave I have gained promotion at work, now leading a team of 40+ people, managing high risk spontaneous incidents on a daily basis I would highly recommend Dave, he is a great coach! I still use his methods today, when guiding my team
