        Good products and delivery times but sadly coming up short each time I've requested technical support. First time showed a complete lack of knowledge about Praxis crank retention bolts ( for which they sell the replacement upgraded item) and the second time contradicting the advice I'd already received from the highly recommended advice I'd received from their OE supplier and not wanting to help with one missing part. Just a shame they really couldn't care.
