Hello everyone. I and my family, neighbours were regular customers here, long time we were buying food and doing top ups of gas, until two 2 weeks ago, my mom went to top up with freshly new from ATM 30 (10x3) she gave it to one of cashier and he topped up only for 20, when my mom saw receipt she went back to him saying that she gave him 30, he wasnt sure himself how much she gave(it means he didnt count properly) and even refused to check till if theres no 10 who is sticked as mistakes sometimes happens to everyone, he showed CCTV that was awfully unclear and even didnt show him counting . When I came next day to ask if theres they boss to show proper footage they said to come different time but for the end said you still wont receive your money back so it just confirmed that this was done in purpose so they cheating on they customers with knowing what they are doing. I came today when boss was there he told me that he checked CCTV that is clear on his phone and it shows 2 ten pounds and when I asked him does it shows how cashier counts or can you show me clear footage he refused said its busy, even all customers was already left, so once again they refusing of cooperate with just proof that they doing it purpose. Yes 10 its not much at all, but the fact of being cheated especially when you are regular and almost neighbours its sad, and attitude is awful, is it how you guys doing business? so avoid this place its my best suggestion, if you want fairly be served. I would put no start but unfortunately theres no such option if you want to leave review.
