I have a trust problem with tradespeople and used EMC as they were very local which gave me some reassurance. My old crusty boiler was gaining pressure requiring weekly bleeding. I did have to chase a bit for a visit but was happy I persevered. My boiler needed a spare part with a non standard fitting. Also, the fittings were old and crusty. Both aspects making this a tricky job. Boiler gubbins were also awkward to access. All things considered, I thought the final charge was very fair -the part cost wasn't inflated and it wasn't that straightforward a job. Boiler has performed flawlessly since (for many months). So yes, another well-satisfied customer. I can't vouch for the company for larger jobs but for my boiler repair I couldn't be happier, frankly.

Peter completely renovated our bathroom. Ripped out the old one, moved the pipes and fitted and entirely new bathroom. Everything was done to a very high standard. Highly recommend Peter, he did an excellen job.
