        Unresolved. Do not recommend. Paid for services. The engineers came twice and still not fixed. Waiting for a part for 6m. No response when tried to contact. My Bosch cooker hasn't been working for a while. I asked this gas engineer to come help and fix it. On 20.09.22, they came around and they tried to fix it. There was a call out charge of 45. They came around again to fix it again, there was another charge of 90. As of today on 10.01.23, my Bosch cooker is still not fixed and there is no response from the gas engineer. They said they are waiting for a part but no answer when tried to contact them.
