        Beware good products but terrible aftercare when things go wrong! Our client was sent a faulty tap. After multiple conversations and accusations that we had caused the damage, the technical team finally admitted that it should not have left the factory in that condition. Generally the response from the Barber Wilson team was poor. To put it simply they did not really care. They finally offered to replace the tap but refused to cover any costs in relation to refitting. Great!
