They were just great! I'd found myself down the road in need of getting my tires pumped before cycling home and they helped me do that and adjust my steer and saddle as well. Super friendly and helpful.

I didn't know this at the time I was there as it was my first time getting a spoke from a bike shop but now I know that 2.50 for one spoke is a total rip-off. I am confused with the owner's response... I went to the shop to buy one spoke. They sold me just the spoke for 2.50. There was no labour involved. I didn't even bring my bicycle.
