Oliver's Sailing Holidays

Really lovely company, beautiful boats and a stunning place to go on holiday. We rented Bright Spark for the weekend and Oliver's were very helpful and welcoming. The boat was well equipped and easy to use (e.g. fridge, USB charging) - the handover from Nick was fantastic and excellent he expertly coached us on Broads sailing techniques. The upper reaches of the river (above the bridge) were devoid of motorboats and a pleasure to sail in, so worth seeking out this part of the Broads. Visiting the seals on the beach near Horsey was a highlight!

Absolutely fabulous half term break on Dreamtime. The team at Oliver's couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, or the boat better prepared.

I spent a wonderful week with my family on Dreamtime at the end of the season. The holiday was the perfect break from the hectic rush of everyday life, and Nick and Alison were so kind and welcoming. The boat was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including good quality bedding, crockery and kitchen utensils. There is even on-board heating for the colder Autumn nights! Alison and Nick had helpful recommendations on where to moor and where the open pubs and shops would be. We had a brilliant week, and I would recommend Oliver's Sailing Holiday's to anyone interested in sailing on the Broads.

My wife and I had a wonderful short break with Sea Breeze seeing the Broads from the best possible viewpoint. The boat was absolutely immaculately prepared. Nick spent an afternoon with us explaining the boat and it's live-aboard features, plus a training session on the water under electric propulsion and under sail. We moored overnight in solitude in the most wonderful spot, opposite a heron's perch. The new electric propulsion system was so simple and quiet. Under sail she was a true joy, in both the gusts and when the wind dropped. The rigging was perfectly set up. We are already looking at our calendars to come back. Thankyou Nick, Alison and Team. We have just hired Seabreeze for a second time and the service provided by Nick, Alison and the team was exceptional as usual. The boat was in lovely condition, and is clearly maintained with a great deal of attention to detail. And the Broads are as beautiful as ever. I look forward to coming again next year. Fabulous week on the beautiful wooden sailing boat, Seebreeze. Oliver's Sailing Holidays were very helpful at every stage - excellent instructions and tips on what to bring; well-equipped boat with a nice pack of basics (milk, tea, etc); comprehensive briefing and clear reference instructions on sailing and living on the boat; very helpful with the occasional question later on by phone. The boat itself was lovely to sail, had a silent electric motor to glide along the river ways, and was so well designed - everything you needed, and chatting to other sailors, seemed to include features that other boats lacked. Highly recommended ! (Their day boats for half or full days also looked great.)
