I highly recommend pickles chemist, the level of service is beyond excellent. Fil always goes above and beyond to assist me. The staff are always helpful and happy. It is always a pleasure to go to Pickles Chemist. I walk out happy every single visit. You guys are amazing, keep up the excellent work

Firstly all the staff here have the worst customer service skills! I dont know what their problem is and I dont know why they all have such sour attitudes and lack basic interpersonal skills but thats not my issue as Im the customer. I have spoken to 4 different people and ended with the same horrible experience. I detected racial under tones from all the staff and witness how they spoke in a polite and respectful way to other customers who do not look like me. No one can figure out how to use their own prescription system to locate my tablet, bearing in mind Im a private prescription so it shouldnt be rocket science. Anyways we keep going in circles until Ive had to ask my GP to change my pharmacy. What a joke. Ultimately this is why people are going private and leaving NHS in general.

What a pleasure it is to be treated with such excellent, friendly and professional service - more often than not Jatin or Fil serve us, always have a smile on their faces and nothing is too much trouble for them . I would highly recommend this business.
