    I joined the programme 6 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it. Paul and Mario are great guys and dont waste time in sessions. Weights are catered for your level and the instruction is clear and very helpful to get the most out of the exercise. I feel stronger, healthier and more energized and my body shape is changing. I would encourage anyone who wants to build their fitness to get on board.

    Ive been struggling to stick to any kind of fitness regime. Not anymore lean body training is really enjoyable and Im training 3 times a week. I feel fitter, stronger and more energetic. Id highly recommend!

    I have been training with Paul and Mario for 7 weeks now and I have already lost more than 2 kg in body fat half way through (next measurement coming up this week!). So great results in a short time... Still a lot of work to do, but the important is to kick in and this scheme was really the right one for me! Classes are exhausting (as they should be, especially at the beginning) but fun, and the small group setup works well. Change of routine every calendar month also helps "discovering" new muscles in your body :) So it never gets boring! Good nutritional plan associated and fantasting follow up of progresses in general. Highly recommended indeed.
