Bright Horizons Finchley Central Day Nursery and Preschool

*updated to 5 stars. They have really turned it round :) Just thought I should review as they have some negative reviews. I agree up to recently there were problems with a lack of consistency with regards keyworkers and a lack of communication. So much so, I complained and looked elsewhere. Also, they closed without notice and have shortened their hours over school hols which is just not good enough. HOWEVER, this was because of lack of staff and in the last month or so they have got MUCH better and my daughter is happy. They are doing good activities and communication is better. The keyworkers in the nursery room seem loving and caring and I think this is really important. I hope they maintain this.

My son started this nursery on August mid onwards.I am experincing a worst service in the nursery.When I visited the nursery they said that every child has a key person and she will look after another 3 more kids.But My sons case I understood that there is no specific key person and they are keep on changing the key person.Because of that every morning new faces are coming to take my son from the door.This really affect his settlement.And also they not even properly clean kids face after food.They have an app which we can know our kids activities ,they not even updating that app .monthly twice only they are updating.The nursery has so many kids and very less staff.I personally don't recommend this nursery .

I have visited this nursery last week to make sure everything is ok to send my 3 years old daughter to there. manager was friendly but staff wasnt be nice and kindly with kids. The awful thing which I saw, there was a nappy pin without any plastic bag an any lid and it was full of dirty nappy without putting inside a plastic bag exactly in the area which all kids were playing
