Had my phone battery replaced here, very quick and good service. My phone's battery is 10 times better now.

The owner is a nice, friendly guy, and he seems professional at what he does - the issue is his lack of credibility and genuineness. I wanted to change a battery for my nearly four years old phone; he offered a reasonable price for an **Original Samsung** battery, and he fixed it the same day, which was very pleasing. However, the battery life was even much worse than before (without using it after a few hours, it dropped to 30% from fully charged). I returned to the shop, explaining what happened, but he didn't take responsibility and repeatedly said, **"I did my job; I replaced the battery"**. Finally, I had to argue with him for 15 minutes to fix the issue, which was a very unpleasant, humiliating experience! He took out the battery; I asked him, "where does it say Samsung on the battery" he replied that it was "hidden", but later on, he admitted that it was NOT an *Original Samsung" battery. Unfortunately, I had to go through the **Exact** same scenario for the second time! Only later, after a highly distressing argument when he agreed to change it again, he later admitted that the "new" battery was **defective**." Only the third time, there was some improvement with the new battery. Unfortunately, a customer like myself had to go into battle, wasting valuable time and energy only to get what one deserves - a genuine, reliable service.
