Lovely staff! An amazing support system and team who cares for your loved ones and makes them feel safe. Despite living far from Elm Park, never have I once felt worried. I can rest assure that theyre doing a great job and the staff are pleasant every time I meet them.

2-4 Elm Park Lodge has the most accommodating, caring, compassionate and professional staff who is looking after my grandfather/dad down in the home. Cant praise them enough and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for all the dedication/support over the past 20 years and to hopefully many more we appreciate all the work and service they provide and are very grateful for everything. If I could give 0 stars, I would, in my opinion. The place went downhill drastically, left my relative to stew in his room and barely engaged him at all. Some good staff but a lot of those good staff left. There doesnt seem to an adequate standard of training on how to properly assist people with mental health issues or learning difficulties.

All of the staff at Elm Park Lodge were so kind and provided excellent care for my dad. The facility is very well managed, with activities organised for the residents. Like anywhere the most important thing is the people and the staff were great, so patient and giving, thank you so much.
