        I recently hired this company to carpet my stairs, landing and bedrooms. The bedroom & landing, had no issues. What I did have an issue with was the finishing - there was glue stuck to the wall with carpet fluff, the edge of one of the stairs you can really see the staples and at the bottom of the stairs the finishing is haphazard an unsightly. Really sloppy job on the stairs.

        Jan is a lovely person and its trying hes best to help you when you need . I went to the shop 4 days ago and I was in a rush all the others shops they said it will take at least 2 weeks for them to come to put a new carpet in so then i pop in Diamond Carpets and he try hes best to make the job ASAP and today he came and fix the carpet and its lovely soft and they did a wonderful job Thanks
