Mike and his team were amazing from start to finish. Mike was very quick to answer our enquiry, came and provided a quote for the work and was excellent in his communication in terms of start date, how long the work would take etc. The final price was the same as the quote and Mike was extremely flexible in terms of what we ordered, where from etc. No pressure at all. They completely gutted our existing bathroom, helped with sourcing and installing a new wet-room style shower with new units and tiling. Nothing was too much hassle and they kept us informed at every stage, asking for our opinion and being guided by our style. We would not hesitate to use Mike and his team again and the pictures really show how excellent their work is!! This company are literally life savers! We had another installer originally, who took 8 weeks to complete half a bathroom (I know, right?!). At the end of my tether and incredibly upset by the experience to date, I contacted Mike at Bathroom Goals and, amazingly, he agreed to complete the bathroom (although he said he doesnt like to complete others work, understandably). He arrived as arranged, with two others, and they were so fast and efficient that they completed the work within two days - and it was magnificent! Attention to detail and customer service seriously second to none! I have absolutely no hesitation in saying that I highly recommend Mike and his excellent team at Bathroom Goals.
