I worked at Primera Healthcare and to be honest there is no better place to learn the duty of care. We had to go through training and I mean theoretical and practical one so as to be able to work as a carer with Primera. I learnt the perfect habit of keeping to time and how little help counts to making a clients day and happy. I was taught to always be observant of my client and their surroundings. This is because a stitch in time, saves nine. I learnt how important it is to always document every of your action and duty on the job which as I learnt from Nish would saysave one less headache. I learnt the power of communication and its repercussion. Most especially how important it is to be at your best professionally when it comes to care. To be very honest, I have and will continue to recommend Primera Healthcare to anyone who is willing to listen, either as a client or a carer. This company has the best of their clients at heart and also the best employee to carry out their duty and mission. PRIMERA Healthcare is literarily the best employer in all of North London. I had the best bosses who never fails to reprimand you when you are wrong and to uplift you when you deserve it. If you work with Nishant,Verona, Cornelia, Heather and the rest you wont be looking for your next job anytime soon because to work with PRIMERA Healthcare is like one finally finding a place of rest.
