FRS Kindergarten

We had seen a dozen nurseries before we found FRS Kindergarten and it was love from first sight. My son has been at FRS for a year and if I could he would be there until he turns 18. The teachers are so caring and loving, you can't be mistaken as they bring their heart and soul to work every day. My son didn't speak a word of English when he joined FRS, but thanks to the special care of the teachers and their 1:1 practice with him, he became a fluent speaker after a couple of months. The classrooms create a unique environment for learning and exploring so the kids could flourish by themselves. The teachers provide constant feedback, and you can tell that they know each kid so well. My son is running into the classroom every day without even looking back - I think that tells the entire story. I would recommend to any parent who wants the best educational development for their child to send them to FRS!

A warm and nurturing nursery, where the children are at the centre of the learning. My children adore the staff and have been so fortunate to enjoy unique experiences and engage in purposeful play and learning. The dedicated staff team are exceptional.

This is a wonderful, caring and nurturing kindergarten. My son has loved everyday he has spent there. He has had some amazing and unique experiences such as woodwork, a real farm coming to visit, growing butterflies, fireman visits, incubating eggs and looking after the ducklings to name a few. The team are so loving and responsive to each child. I would not hesitate to recommend FRS to anyone looking for a preschool. They are currently (July 2021) in a temporary building which is gorgeous with big bright classrooms and a beautiful garden while the new kindergarten is being built. Our son and all his friends moved seamlessly from the old building to the new building, settling so well. They loved it.

I have had 2 children experience this wonderful early years setting, one from 2016-2018 and the other who will graduate July 2021. We have been totally enamoured with the kindergarten. It is a caring and nurturing environment offering the children a variety of opportunities all tailored to their personal interests. It is like a home from home to the children who skip in every day with smiles on their faces. The nursery teachers are second to none - they are so kind and loving and go out of their way to provide exciting and awe inspiring activities for the children. The kindergarten has had to make a move to a temporary site whilst a shiny new purpose built building is constructed, but they have really made the most of this opportunity and created a fantastic environment with excellent outdoor space. I highly recommend this nursery and we will miss it very much!

I toured ten nurseries before I found FRS Kindergarten and knew I didnt need to look anywhere else. The teachers are so caring and responsive to childrens needs and interests. Just in the past week, activities have included building airports and going on holiday with friends/relatives from Uganda, Hong Kong, Russia, South Africa talking to them on zoom or in the huge nursery garden about their home towns around the world, plus the children have been cooking dishes from around the world , learning music, and sports. Its a Jewish nursery but not exclusively so and the families come from a huge range of backgrounds and locations. Its small, nurturing, very outdoorsy, super covid safe, which we as a family were particularly worried about. The nursery accepts children from 2 and I couldnt recommend it more! My two eldest have been and currently attend and my baby will as soon as shes old enough!
