I was shown to a property by an Agent Lee. He was very friendly and helpful managed to answer all my questions. However the viewing ended in a sour note after Mr Lee dropped a racial slur. This made me very uncomfortable and stopped me putting an offer in as I did not want to be dealing with Mr Lee. Overall great property in a nice area 2/5 stars

Me and my wife were being shown a property by agent Lee. He seemed like a really nice guy, very friendly and had all the information we needed. However, before we left, I wanted to double check the water pressure in the shower room and my wife needed to use the loo. When I came back downstairs I caught Lee with his ear up against the door, listening to my wife go to the toilet. I'm still so shocked and embarrassed I haven't had the heart to tell her. Terrible customer service.

Ben was excellent throughout the valuation process. Communication prior to the survey was attentive, honest, and accommodating. At the survey, he was superb and really provided value, with great recommendations for what we could do to increase our enjoyment of the house with future development. I will look to get the same great service shown in the valuation, as and when we come to sell this property. Brand advocate created!

We have been very impressed by the way our offer was handled swiftly and how things progressed quickly. Ben at Martyn Gerrard took great care and attention when showing us around the property at both viewings. He's been great to deal with - very helpful, professional and efficient.
