Terrible service and very annoying and impolite communication from their customer service, manager and someone who introduced himself as the owner. He keeps calling us and begging to remove my honest negative experience that I shared on Trustpilot. A business who cannot tolerate the negative review due to the misbehavior of their staffs or themselves! If you want positive feedback, you should behave kindly and customer-oriented.

EPIC BLENDER COMBINED WITH EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE Tim (in particular) and the team an Luvele are incredibly helpful. They went extremely out of their way to help me out when I'd made a small mistake. They sent a spare part out to fix a problem and they were very efficient in doing so. Not to mention the blender itself, it's extremely good and blends stuff to a super smooth consistency. Not actually joking when I say this, but Smoothies have never been the same honestly!! It's worth spending the money with this company, as you get a solid warranty and the blender works exactly as it should. Very responsive to emails, very professional. Thanks again team! Customer service is A+++ I had an issue with my dehydrator and it was replaced quickly and courteously. Thank you again to Tim.
