Very slow , stuff shortage , chicken always uncooked.

Ordered a family meal from this restaurant via just eat for the delivery. Unfortunately the inept employees of Sams chicken were unable to get the order correctly dispatched. When we questioned Sams chicken about the incorrect order they simply blamed just eat for stealing the food. Stating we remember packing the order correctly. About the food itself DO NOT BOTHER. Very very Dry chicken spicy rice was not spicy. Chips I cant tell you because they didnt arrive. Cant believe a simple order cant be delivered complete and safely without being stolen. Maybe they should pay the delivery more so they can eat.

Ordered a half-pounder and they gave me this rubbish on two separate occasions. Not giving them benefit of the doubt again.

Used to go to Sams chicken in Harrow and was amazing but moved so this is the one in my area now. First time I had it the chicken just tasted of flour, ordered today and the spicy seasoning had way too much lemon in it, so tasted very sour and you could smell the lemon from the bag ( the girl sprinkling it on even smelt the seasoning as she could clearly tell it had too much lemon in) They also kinda seem like they dont wanna be there and aren't friendly. It doesnt seem like they pay much attention to the details
