Despite a few miscommunications at the start of my course ( roughly around April 2022) , I can really say with hand on heart that these guys are amazing - from the sales team to tutor support , I cant have asked for a better institution to do my customer service course with. I completed Level 3 on Business Studies. Course was very well structured and everyone was very friendly and flexible when I needed it for any presentations. It is 100% an online course so you can go on your own pace and that's what it makes it great for me, when you try and combine your everyday life and work too! Overall an amazing experience I will definitely continue for the next levels!

I just finished the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. It was a good experience overall. The only problem I had was that the course was 100% online with no lectures, so I had to do everything by myself. The brief and guidance was there to help, so not too bad either. My only recommendation would be to only start the course with them if you are happy to work on your own and able to research for answers.

Just done the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, what an amazing experience it was. Truly friendly staff and flexible according to your own needs and requirements. During this pandemic i think it was one of the best decision for my professional development. Definitely recommend if u r seriously thinking about future.
