I was booked for an appointment at an inconvenient time. They refused to change it citing lack of availability. My availability was not checked before the appointment was booked and I just received a text message about it from a noreply number. Although the GP I spoke to today was helpful, this comes a total of 2 weeks after I first contacted them about the issue. They were, in addition, today simply following instructions sent to them from A&E. This GP refused to help about this issue before on the basis that it's the day before the Easter Break and there was a routine appointment about a different problem booked over a week away. In the meantime my symptoms got worse and I have had to go to A&E twice. Both the doctors there and the ones I spoke to on 111 could not believe the indifference shown by this GP practice towards my health and quality of life. Of course, I do not recommend registering here. I will be looking to leave at first opportunity too. There is a serious risk to your health here. Please, send your complaints to NHS England so that the GP can be either disciplined or, ideally, be refused any more public funding.

I needed a document for a friend of mine who is a patient at this practice. It was an emergency request which was difficult to do as I dont have LPA but am organising his financial affairs. The receptionist worked between myself and the doctors and we came to a satisfactory conclusion. They literally did everything they could to get what I needed for our mutual fellow human-in-need! It made a difficult task SO easy and we kept with legal boundaries!!!

I have been very pleased with Dr Honda Hosseini over the years. She has been supporting me and my family and has always been very caring and understanding. Not only she has given me the confidence that she has the knowledge and experience to look after my family but she also cares which is great. Were very lucky to have her!
