You cant reach them on the phone when you need it , there messaging system does not work at all . No notifications about appointments if you have any . They will threaten to take you out from the practice as well . Very rude practise

Impossible to reach them on the phone, meanwhile their grumpy receptionist can phone up and be upset about changing appointment. Im a disabled person with health problems having often very bad days and cannot get out of the bed. She had the audacity being snarky a couple of weeks ago. Ive been trying to phone them all morning to inform that my household has Covid so I have to cancel my appointment but no one is taking my call. Changing dentist!

The team at Elite Dental Care is fantastic. Friendly receptionist and excellent dentists. I had a crown fitted in recently and Dr Paresh Patel was excellent with the procedure and didnt rush into finishing the job. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends. Keep up the good work!

Excellent Dental surgery. Dr Nagori was caring and friendly. She explained me the treatment she was doing on my teeth and she gave me advices to take care of them. She is very professional and experienced, she made a quick and efficient diagnosis. All the staff is welcoming and respectful. Highly recommended.
