Worst receptionists ever! Can not book an appointment correctly.. then get rescheduled 4 times after booking my check up in a slot thats 15 mins but then a week later they realise it needs to be half hour so again rescheduled. So unreliable. If you call them, they pick up the phone and then hang up so it takes a few attempts before they figure out how to answer the phone. Very unprofessional staff. They also ask very personal questions in the middle of their waiting area. If it wasnt so hard to join another dentist, I would have left ages ago! Thank you for the response below N12 Dentist, but at the time of my appointment there were no building works. Also the personal information Im referring to wasnt mentioned in any form. Staff sickness had nothing to do with my appointment being repeatedly cancelled. It was due to lack of competence which the receptionist even was aware of and apologised for the several mix ups. Please dont try to justify your response with false statements.

They are not friendly with kids and you just loosing your time. I really dont like to go there any more. Dr HASSAN and DR Sepideh are not good for children and not patients.

I had the best hygienist today in my life .I was very scared in advance of whole procedure but it was great experience and my fear has gone thanks to lovely lady I had and so kind and understanding .Also all reception staff was great and I was seeing on time. Going back next week for another session now with smileDefinitely Desi is amazing and so welcoming hygienist. Thank you so much.
