Mathilda was helping me with finding a job and it was a pleasure. When I got an offer from another company I thought I'd take an easy route and just accept. Other recruiters gave up while Mathilda was able to understand what I wanted better than I could admit to myself. She slowly and step by step talked me out of accepting the offer.
