        A lady called Sarah was extremely helpful with helping me decide on the correct products to use on my hair. The dye and developer worked a treat. I'll definitely be using this shop again.

        Last time a left a review this place was a complete disaster. However my recent (desperate) visit I saw that the whole team has been changed and there is new management. THANK GOD. I met Sara and Trish and they had genuine and real customer service skills. Spoke to them for a few minutes and they were so helpful and lovely. Thank god I can keep coming here because this is the only beauty supply in my area and I was contemplating travelling an hour to the next just to avoid this place at some point.

        Went to the store in Finchley today and the place was shut. It wasx12pm but website said it was open. No notice on the door and lights were out. Not sure what is going on at this store

        Opening hours are to 4pm on Sunday, got to the shop at 3.40pm and the shutters were down and store closed! Very annoying! You shouldnt advertise open hours when you are clearly closed!!

        Genuinely the most unhelpful staff. Customer service is 0. Ive been going there for a while to get my beauty supplies and theres always an issue. I cant believe this is the only beauty supply in the area. Its ridiculous because theres so many beauty salons near by that would happily go else where if there was a choice!
