Had a wonderful first experience at this spa. The Swedish massage was relaxing as well as the body scrub. The staff, Massy and Katie were so lovely and welcoming. Will definitely be returning soon! Thank you so much! Services: Massage, Manicure, Pedicure

Service has gone downhill, returned for eyebrow threading after a few years. Shaping was good, but the therapist did use tweezers a lot for a threading appointment. However the reason I wont be returning is that the therapist cut my skin in multiple places whilst threading (2-3 per eyebrow), didnt bother to mention shed done so or apologise. Having threaded my eyebrows for over 10 years thats not normal and the therapist clearly shouldnt be providing threading appointments if she isnt able to deliver that service.

I recently had laser hair removal treatment with Massy at Cove Spa and I couldn't be happier with the results. They use a top-notch 3D-Trilogyice machine that works with a gel application. Although the gel can feel a bit cold, the treatment itself was painless! This was a huge relief for me, as I've tried other machines at different salons that were painful and ineffective. At Cove Spa, the treatment was not only painless but also incredibly effective. I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, especially on my back and shoulders. Massy was my therapist and she was both nice and professional, offering helpful aftercare advice. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the salon and the fact that they sent me a text message confirmation the day before my appointment. This attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free and hassle-free. In addition, I would like to mention that the reception at Cove Spa was very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease and comfortable. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and they made sure that all my needs were met. This added to the overall positive experience I had at Cove Spa. Overall, I highly recommend Cove Spa for anyone interested in laser hair removal.
