        I bought a Groupon for a cut and conditioning treatment but had to cancel due to having a very bad cold. I said I'd reschedule. When I tried to reschedule the Groupon said that I had redeemed the voucher which I hadn't so not an honest salon. The salon did not respond to any complaints.

        Lovely hairstylist called Fatmar was very friendly very professional did my hair the way I wanted it. Nothing was to much for her as I am quite fussy with my hair. Highly recommend Icon

        I had a an appointment online for Saturday 4 of March for a simple blow dry so I attended the salon for my appointment I walked in there was no one at the reception then someone eventually come over to great me and I told her I had an appointment she was so rude she had the audacity to ask me if I could afford it just because I look smaller then my age I was so angry and shocked I just walked out
