The place is super clean and nice. The staff are very friendly: you will always be greeted with a smile and everyone will go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. They are also super professional and will be able to advise you on any question you will have to find the best tratante suited to you. I have tried a few cosmetic treatments and my experience here has by far been the best! Service: Eyebrow threading

Usually, when you have breathing problems and nose surgery, you get a refund all over the world, but when I explained to them and operated my nose, they said it's not our concern and they didn't refund my money. . Their service is extremely bad. I feel cheated in this clinic. which I will report to Counselor Barnett shortly. Because they made me sick. I recommend you never go there and pay them, they scammed me out of 500. And they don't want to explain at all. About this. Their supervisor threatened me, if you write a report on the website, you will not be refunded. Please, if you are in this North Finchley and Local area and in the Barnet area. Do not trust here at all. They exactly took my money and when I asked them to return my money due to respiratory diseases, they did not do so. I am their neighbor, I have been living in this area for years.

I have been coming to hc med spa Finchley for 10 years !!! Recently the staff turnover is ridiculous. You get used to someone and then they leave. Im particular with my eyebrows and the staff/ management know. I stick to the same therapist. Recently Ive had to go to Harpreet a few times when Priti was not there (after Kala left) and every time she has been rude/ abrupt/ short and frankly its unacceptable. Today was awful and she acted this way in front of my children. She did such a bad job on my eyebrows and waxed them in such an unruly way it really hurt. She is rude and should not be client facing. For 10-11 for eyebrows I would not pay a penny for this. I am disgusted and awaiting a managers call. I have been so loyal to this company and recommended to so many . But I was appalled today. The staff keep leaving so something is not right . Harpreet is clearly not happy in her job she is the most miserable person there Service: Waxing
