Attended this salon on Saturday morning ahead of the bank holiday weekend. The beautician destroyed my eyebrows and gave a very poor lash lift (see pictures attached). I also requested my lashes be tinted and they aren't. I complained on the day to which she told me it was just the serum and they would look different. I called the salon today and was told they were too busy tomorrow to fix my eyebrows and lashes and offered me to come back in ONE MONTH and they would fix them. What am I suppose to do in the interim? Go around with bothched lashes and brows for 4 Weeks. They could of at least tinted them and fixed my brows in the interim if the lift isn't an option to fix in such a short time frame. Don't be fooled by the fancy exterior. Poor customer service and TERRIBLE beauty treatment. I am very upset by the experience and I wont be back. Services: Eyebrow beautification, Eyebrow threading, Lash lift
