The receptionist who answers phone for appointments is very rude, unprofessional and aggressive. After having waited nearly 10 days for my appointment, when I called to find out why the engineer hadn't turned up, the receptionist shrugged this off and proceeded to casually ask me to wait another 10 days for the next appointment without so much of an apology or explanation as to why my appointment wasn't booked in the first place.

If you want an accurate diagnosis, Ken Bowman and Son are not your people! Unfortunately this company cost us over 500 and misdiagnosed a fault with my dryer, subsequently admitting in writing that it was not a 100% accurate diagnosis. All that was at fault was the socket/switch which they failed to pick up on. They refunded the call out charge but took no responsibility for the huge costs incurred as a result of them Service: Washer/dryer repair
