When you have a business you want to know the people supporting you have your back and know their stuff. This is Simon through and through. He is an absolute gem of a geek, is incredibly kind and patient but is also fantastic and what he does. He keeps me in the loop so I always know what is happening and works with me. Thank you Simon!

The Ideas Cupboard is one of the most brilliant computer repair places you will find. I didnt know what was wrong with my computer, but Simon fixed it. When I emailed him about my problems, Simon sent me a reply within 5 minutes and was so helpful! He jumped on my request knowing how urgent it was and he did some kind of magic to solve the problem. "The Ideas Cupboard" is the best tech support company in the business. He was so patient and kind and willingly walked me through every step to make sure I was comfortable with the services.
