The pizza itself was 3 stars at best, missing topping from our pizza. The customer service was despicable! From being told on the phone "no not maybe that is the address or not" and also after THEM hearing the card number wrong saying "read the right number I am busy" as someone who works in a busy customer service based job i know it is no way to treat your customers, I'm putting this down to the new management that others have mentioned as the pizza and staff previously were good.

Terrible Service went to order a doner kebab and while there friend called to say they ordered a kids meal burgers chips and drink When it arrived burger was cold and no chips guy told her chips were not ordered so while in there I tried to sort it out Chips come as part of meal and said you told her it didn't they tried to say they would send chips out if and when he had time !!!!!? And burger left shop hot Language distance was huge just kept saying its ok its ok Won't use again When I traveled home with my food only a 3 minute drive my food was also cold This used to be a good place to eat now it poor quality and over priced I also won't use again

Lied to by staff that food was out for delivery an hour after ordering. Food cooked and getting cold awaiting collection. My son collected it in the end. Sanchos and Deliveroo = woeful. Wont use again. Really disappointing as been great previously.
