Dry cleaners side of the building hasn't opened yet as is having a refurbishment but the laundrette is open from 7am to 8pm every day, nice clean machines

I think the owner must have listened to the negative reviews because this place has just been refurbished and is very clean now. The Washtub branding has also gone from the sign. I think it just says Laundrette/ Drycleaners now. The two machines I used worked fine. You need to make sure you have 1 coins with you as theres no change machine or staff to help with change for the washers/ dryers. 5 x 1 for medium machine wash. 6 x 1 for large machine wash, 7 x 1 for jumbo machine (duvets etc). Dryers are 1 per 8 minutes and you probably want 4 worth for a normal load of clothes washing to dry. Would use again and very pleased its been refurbed! I cant speak to whether the staff are pleasant or not as there was no one here when I visited.

Absolutely disgustingly filthy!! Broken machines, handles missing, mould inside the doors, the floor has not been mopped for ever by the looks of it!! One of the machines has the front panel hanging offif someone were to put their hand in there, that is live, if the electrics are on they will get a very nasty electric shock!! Lost 7 in the machine (mind you, had I actually walked further down the shop first I would not have touched the machine let alone put my dirty clothes in it).There is a contact number displayed on the wall. the phone is switched off! How this shop is actually open for business, in the condition and state it is in is beyond belief!!!

Unfortunately I came to the wash tub today and have tried to use 2 separate machines neither work and both have taken the money. Which totals 11! No where does it state that these machines are out of use. I have tried to call the number it states and I get told this number is currently turned off. So I texted the number and have not received a response. I can honestly say due to the issues I have received today I will not be using the wash tub and I'd recommend other people to do the same unless you want to loose money for no reason. I would class this as dishonesty and FRAUD and I will be looking and taking this further. I will be going to trading standards.
