Soho NHS Walk-in Centre

This is apparently no longer a walk-in clinic during the week - only Saturday and Sunday. Dont waste your time going there hoping to be looked at

I had a really positive experience here. Aileen was so great in quickly getting me what I needed and they were kind and prompt and helpful.

Total waste of time, you travel to this place to be sent back home because there is no GP, and they only offer telephone appointment with a nurse, there is a rude receptionist there that only books you in for a telephone appointment, over a call while she's two meters away from you at the entrance. Total waste of time, no information written anywhere. Don't waste your time travelling to this place, they are super rude, completely useless with their telephone appointments, and a disgrace for the NHS.

Really kind staff but !! ONLY SERVE RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN BOROUGHS !! I could not be seen as Im a Camden resident. The boroughs are just Brent, Ealing, harrow, Hillingdon, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster

Can not say enough praise around this service, after being very worried about being away from home and not wanting to interrupt the kids holiday spending a whole day trying to be seen out of hours, the team at Soho walk in were efficient compassionate and professional. The receptionist whose name I'm sorry I've forgotten in my illness haze was so reassuring and ensure I got a quick call back while I was in the local area. Nurse Elaine took my history and was able to diagnose me over the phone and was really kind and managed to send my script to a pharmacy near by where I was at the time so I didn't have to get lost scouting round a place I don't know. Honestly the quick service has ment we can hopefully enjoy the rest of our holiday together while healing rather then getting worse. Massive thanks for saving our trip n hopefully after a few days of meds I'll be fixed too. Thank you Soho walk in team x
