I had not used Pro Tour Vans before and as a Tour Manager, for bands, reliability and a professional service is essential. If you can then add a great driver who communicates the day before, gives you updates, drives like a pro chauffeur, turns up early and has a spotlessly clean vehicle, then it's all you can ask for. Pro Tour Vans did all this and will be at the top of my UK list from now on. My initial contact was Manny, he answered the phone straight away, gave me all the info I needed and followed up with an email within 5 minutes. Done.! We hired Pro Tour Vans for our show on Channel 4.0 - Get In The Van. Manny was so easy to communicate and organise with, the customer service is fantastic. The vans are spacious, comfortable, modern, sleek and efficient. Phil and Heath, our drivers for the week, were on another level, both were super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely hard working, they were a joy to travel and work with. You could not ask for a better service or a better company to work with/hire.
