After being let down at the last minute by Enterprise, on the day my son was moving from London to Bristol, we were in a pickle! Thank goodness for Vanuse, Gavin was amazing and Jimmy the driver a life saver. Thank you both so much. What a fantastic service at a good price. Last minute booking was unexpected but much appreciated. 10 stars

Best moving service ever! (and customer care too!) Today, Sunday, I booked a man+van at 6pm for 7pm (I couldn't even imagine it was possible doing something like that in such a short notice!) Instead everything was unbelievably soo easy and quick. There is a very good customer care behind: they texted me promptly after my booking to confirm the exact time, making me feel in safe hands. The van was perfectly on time and we did the moving from w3 to sw1 in less than 50minutes! George, the driver who helped me, was very kind, respectful and polite. I can't think of any other company so efficient, kind and very human!
