I've gone to this shop several times to drop off package-less Amazon returns and have had no issues. Except tonight. I printed off the Evri label, no problem. I go to correct counter labeled with neon, star signs that indicated Evri returns. Before even looking, the lady said to place the label on the return, which confused me right away. I said it was a package-less return, which they apparently stopped doing, even though I recently did one. At this point, she told me my package was too big for the return and she couldn't help. I pulled up the Amazon return instructions to double check it was a package-less return and make sure I wasn't going crazy. I asked her to help me and read the instructions that showed it was package-less. She told me to help myself first and said "how can I do my job if I do your job?". I literally left the store crying after experiencing such rude behaviour. I will be complaining to Evri and will never go here again.
