I was having issues getting my Thuraya sat phone reactivated and working properly. When I called Jesse Mitchell from Call monitor, he could not have been more professional attentive and helpful. Over a few emails he got me up and running. Fantastic service which I would highly recommend.

I came across this company when researching satellite phone connectivity. Their web site suggested they might know what they were talking about. They were. My first TACS mobile phone costs thousand pounds in the mid 1980;s. They were rare at the time, but the electronics was all about communication and they worked. Wherever you were in the UK. In the 1990's mobile phones became small, cheap and affordable - and now they're ubiquitous. But they don't work when you need them most - in the middle of the back of beyond (or out at sea). If you want that you need satellite, and this costs money. Bizarrely, it costs a lot less than a TACS mobile of the 1980's, but it's a heck of a lot more than GSM! If you need total communications you'd better get it right. If not it'll hurt you in the pocket for sure, and the consequences could be considerably more serious. So go to somewhere they know about this stuff. Their prices are keen; their advice could be invaluable. You can visit the office/workshop by appointment - if you're an engineer it'll give you confidence. However, they're mostly mail order.
