Terrible customer service. Poor cashier service and terrible management. I correctly followed the queuing system and the cashier wasn't following the protocols. Serving customers who were bypassing the queueing system. I simply questioned the cashier on why though acknowledging my presence they continued to serve customers not in the queue. No voices raised, nothing animated, nothing sarchastic, just a question. Manager didn't hear the conversation, escalated to the point of asking me to leave the store. There is right and there is wrong. On this occasion I was in the right and the manager on duty should have kindly acknowledged my complaint. His name is Keith or Mackeith. He was on a learning curve at a customers expense. Tesco around the corner is where I had to go to and suprisingly they have cashiers , automatic tills and assistants managing their queues. A lot more civilized than this out of date and poorly managed store :( I do not recommend this Sainsburys store to anyone.
