        Its sad to see what is happening with 56 dean street. It once was a reference in terms of the quality of the service they offer, but lately, they are overwhelmed, and it shows in its dealing with the patients and the service delivery. During my last two times there, I was radically mistreated and its a hassle whenever I try to book an appointment.

        Walked in without an appointment for an IUD on the week of the junior doctor strike, so didnt expect to be seen quickly, but I only waited an hour - the staff were accommodating, kind, and answered all my questions patiently. Despite it being a very painful procedure, I felt very comforted and looked after - thank you!

        Impossible to get an appointment online as the website is completely useless. Impossible to get an appointment over the phone as the lines seem to be closed all the time or the call just drops..

        LOVE THIS PLACE. I had terrible experience with contraception with the NHS for a while - tried the pill, implant, and IUD at St Jeffries and it went horribly wrong. I was hesitant, but read many good reviews and they were correct. The loveliest staff, it's super clean, and they were fast and made me feel so at ease for a coil implant. I highly recommend Becky and Sam who were just the loveliest. Thank you both!
