        I've been going to Tedy at Nova Therapy for a few years now and she is the best therapist I have ever been to. I do a huge amount of exercise and without her I probably wouldn't be able to move. She has sorted my neck and understands exactly what my body needs every time - it's always different. I can't recommend it enough, seriously.

        I have been seeing Teddy for quite a few years now and she is the best. Without the treatments before and after my hip replacement I doubt I would be walking. Now 5 miles with the dogs every day.
