really comfortable place, with really friendly staff, from the masseuses to the reception especially Simona in reception, I spent quality time, an experience to be repeated.

I went today as I received a gift for the weekend spa and massage at this spa. I booked in advanced and I was offered to receive the massage at 6 pm today, a Sunday. I asked for how long I was able to use the spa facilities (sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi), and they said I had to go at 5 pm to use them. No further info was provided. Once there today around 5pm, I had initially a nice time. The spa facilities are very small. There is a small jacuzzi that luckly we were using only in two. Same for sauna and steam room. The receptionist was nice and kindly explained that I might have not been able to use the private shower at the end, as there was another customer that was going to have a scrub, so they were asking me to use the other shower were I had to wash myself with my swimsuit in, as it was part of the Spa facilities and with no privacy. I did not mind doing it. I thought I would have been flexible and accepted it. At 6:50pm, which was the end of the massage I have been informed that the spa closed at 7pm. I felt very confused as I would have not been able in anyway to have a shower, dry my hair, and get dressed in 10 minutes. I could not understand why they offered me to have a 50 min massage at 6 pm, knowing that I would have had only 10min to get ready, which is impossible. The receptionist explained that some customers go back in their room in the hotel, that's why they have slots available also at 6 pm. The person who took my booking was more than aware that I was not a customer staying in the hotel, but coming from outside only to use the spa and get a massage. I found it very bizarre that whoever was that took my booking was unable to realise that my experience would have been unpleasant in rushing in getting dressed and leaving with my hair still partially wet. Also, the changing room is excessively, small, warm, and steamy, which makes it impossible to dry the hair with the hair dryer, as the steam keeps them wet. I think perhaps it can be pleasant using this spa if a customer of the hotel, that can go back in his own room, but I would strongly recommend improving the changing room, and taking the booking allowing people to have at least 30 minutes to get ready to leave. I hope this can help in improving the service. The massage was very good.

Had a lovely back massage and body scrub with Rosa. She was great and very professional. We used the jacuzzi,sauna and steam room and had a glass of prosecco which was nice.Small place so changing rooms are a bit cramped but was not busy so was ok. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Showed us how everything worked. Had a lovely couple of hours.
