I have been using Elemis products for many years. Went for a facial treatment. The therapist was very warm and knowledgeable. Very high tech with an initial photo of my face which revealed condition of face and therapist advised the best treatment based on the photo and on my priorities. I could definitely tell a difference after the facial - more plumped and reduced blackheads. It was expensive treatment but well worth it. I will return again for more.

Stay as far away from this salon as you possibly can and go to Dermalogica instead. I spent 150 on a brilliance/radiance facial as I am pregnant and can do hands only treatments rather than any of the tools. I wasn't offered an HD consultation at the start of my treatment as I should have done. I took time to explain to my therapist that my skin is super sensitive but has been very dull since pregnancy and I really wanted to deal with blackheads, redness and over tone and radiance. The treatment was awful - when I was handed the mirror at the end of the treatment I couldn't believe my skin - blotchy and agitated - no radiance at all. I have since broken out - and not in a good way of - your skin has been cleared - but in a way that so much inappropriate products have been added to my skin that it caused a reaction. You then go downstairs and are told in the shop that the therapist service of 12.5% has already been added very loudly and in front of other therapists, meaning you feel pressured to leave it on. I took the time to write feedback to the salon, including pictures, expecting some concession for the terrible experience. Instead what I got was an email admitted I was not offered a HD consultation, but that they could offer me 20% off a course of treatments (which would total over 500 in extra spending) to make matters better. A total scam and not willing to put their hands up and take responsibility for a less than ideal experience.
