        Sadly I was charged a premium price for a terrible service. I took a chance on this place purely because of the convenience of location but I actually cant believe the result. My favourite shoes are completely destroyed rather than repaired. I couldnt be bothered to argue with him and just accepted the loss. Ive since gone back to my original cobbler whos a little out the way but I know Ill get a good service. Wish Id read the reviews first. I never usually write bad reviews, only good ones, but couldnt not write about this. What a shame.

        Sam is absolutely AMAZING!!! He makes sure that my shoes always look as good as new! Im constantly getting my heels caught up in the tube escalator but hes always very patient with me as Im constantly getting them repaired!!! God bless you Sam I wouldnt go to ANYONE else!!!!
